Congratulations to the girls track team on winning the Wisner-Pilger Sports Boosters track meet and in particular to Kayla Svboda for tying (again) the pole vault record and breaking the school record in the 300 hurdles.

CONGRATULATIONS to the Wisner-Pilger band and choir on receiving straight one's at District Music Contest on Friday. Both groups will receive an NSAA plaque for their accomplishment, as well as, NSAA state medals. Individual entries receiving a Superior rating include: Grace Steinmeyer - Trumpet, Kaci Baier - Tenor Saxophone, Erin McGuire - Flute, Veronica Peck - Flute, Veronica Peck/Erin McGuire - Flute Duet, Clarinet Ensemble, Brass Ensemble, Flute Ensemble, Kaci Baier - Vocal solo, and Alexis Parker - Vocal solo. Individual entries receiving an Excellent rating include: Rockney Peck/Grace Steinmeyer - Trumpet Duet, Ella Breitkreutz - vocal solo, and Riley Theroes - vocal solo. Kaci Baier was selected as an Outstanding Performance on her tenor saxophone solo, while Erin McGuire was selected as an Outstanding Performance Honorable Mention. Also receiving an Outstanding Performance Honorable Mention Award was the Clarinet ensemble. Congratulations to all on a job well done!

Students attending prom must be there by 8:00pm anyone leaving after that time will not be readmitted. As in the past, a breathalyzer will be available if any alcohol use is suspected. Post Prom... Doors open at midnight and students must be there by 1:00am. Post Prom will last until approximately 4:15/4:30am

Here's The Deal!... Prom, Saturday, April 13th Prom doors will open at 6:00pm for class pictures and other pictures that people may want to take in the prom area. The Grand March will begin at 7:00pm. Dinner will be served at 8:00pm. The dance will run from approximately 9:00pm to 12:00am. Students attending prom must be there by 8:00pm anyone leaving after that time will not be readmitted. As in the past, a breathalyzer will be available if any alcohol use is suspected. Post Prom... Doors open at midnight and students must be there by 1:00am. Post Prom will last until approximately 4:15/4:30am

MASS FOR PROM STUDENTS ... St. Joseph's Catholic Church is inviting all the students going to prom to attend the Saturday evening mass at 5:00 p.m. Mass will be over by 5:45 so this will allow you time to get ready for the rest of the evening activities.
