FFA membership dues are $30 as voted on at the first FFA meeting. Checks can be made to Wisner-Pilger FFA and given to Dylann Ott-Treasurer or Mr. Overturf. Dues are due by September 15th.
FFA members interested in attending National FFA Convention in Indianapolis must complete and submit an application to Mr. Overturf by September 15th. Applications are located on Canvas in the National FFA Convention module.
St. Joseph Religious Education Students... All classes start on September 16th. K-6 at 4:00 and 7th-12th at 7:00. We will be serving pizza for 7th-12th prior to class.
Senior NHS members interested in applying for the NHS scholarship may stop by the library to pick up an information packet.
The Wisner-Pilger Sports Boosters will be selling steak sandwiches and chips for $10 at the W-P vs. David City Homecoming football game on Fri. Sept. 11th starting at 6:00.
ACT Test Registration Seniors - The National ACT Test will be offered October 17/18; the registration deadline is September 11. This is generally the last ACT for Seniors that is accepted for college entry and scholarships. If you would like to sign up for the ACT Test Prep Refresher course, please see Mr. Butterfield. We will work through the Refresher course one period, twice per week, during the month leading up to the test.
ACT Test Takers... If you were taking the September 19th ACT at the Wisner-Pilger site - your site has changed. Wisner-Pilger will NOT be hosting ACT Test taking on the 19th. As of now we are a host site on September 20th. Please check your ACT Registration before the day of the ACT Test to see what location you will be taking the test at.
Homecoming Dance The Homecoming Dance is Saturday, September 12. Students may sign up outside dates and pick up outside date forms from the office; forms are due by Friday, September 11. The dance will be from 8:30-11:30 with a $5 admission; doors will open at 8:00 for pictures: Freshmen Class Picture 8:00, Sophomore Class Picture 8:05, Junior Class Picture 8:10, Senior Class Picture 8:15
